History of company Multimex spedition

Year 1992
The company Multimex was founded as business firm only.

Year 2000
The Domestic and International transport services has been established, specialised in European Road business.

Year 2001
Airfreight department has been established.

Year 2002
Company Multimex Spedition has been joined to World transport alliance WWPC that brought 300 partners from all over the world. Also from 2002 we offer export and import customs clearance.

Year 2003
Multimex spedition has created new spedition workshop centre on Prague 3 - Nákladové Nádraží Žižkov.
In same year Multimex spedition opened a first groupage line UK - CZ - UK with an English partner, company HAUSER. In 2007 the partner has been changed to Delamode plc
Multimex Spedition has started to provide the warehousing and all the logistics services. Total warehouse capacity in Prague distribution centre is 3000 m2.

Year 2004
Multimex spedition has started a new groupage line CZ - IT - CZ with a company SOGEDIM. Multimex has started to provide INTRASTAT services.

Year 2005
Multimex spedition has adopted quality management system ISO 9001/2001.
In the same year our company has become a member of the SSL.

Year 2006
Multimex spedition has arranged the third permanent international groupage services to and from Hamburg in Germany hand in hand with a partner, company STERATRANS.
In same year Mr. Marcel Doubravsky entered Multimex spedition and company has been restructualised to Multimex spedition a.s..

Year 2007
Multimex spedition continue to develop its international groupage lines.
From 1.3. Multimex spedition opened a new groupage line ES - CZ - ES with a company BARNATRANS.
From 1.5. Multimex spedition signed a Cooperation Agreement with VTL logistics network. This network covers whole Germany and other countries in Europe. Multimex spedition also strated to cooperate with a Bulgarien partner, company EUROSPED.
1.9.2007 Multimex spedition opened its first branch. New branch is situated in Slovakia - Bratislava.

Year 2008
Multimex open a new daily regular line Prague - Dresden in cooperation with a partner KUNZE Spedition A change of a freightforwarding partner in Italy. New partner is a company ITALMONDO.
Hand in hand with a forwarding company KLG Europe, Multimex open in October a new daily direct groupage line from Holland.
In November Multimex starts a new partnership with a Polish forwarding company, UNIVERSAL EXPRESS DISTRIBUTION.
Multimex wide a portfolio of German partners, new partner from Ruhr area is a company Gustav Mäuler.

Year 2009
February - there is a new partnership with an Italian company TRANSTIR from the Modena area. We also start cooperation with company CESPED from Udine.
In February Multimex starts a system of night deliveries.
New partnership with a company NAVIS from Hannover area was established in March.
New partnership with a company PMS INT'L TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS from Turkey was established in March.
In May, company Multimex spedition enter International Forwarding Association, IFA.
In June Multimex starts a new partnership with a Spanish forwarding company, Novocargo Levante.
In November Multimex changes an Italien partner for Milan area, new partner is company MW Trade.
